The coffee is good, when it's made properly or in a timely fashion, but the service stinks. My belief is they've gotten too big for their britches; train your staff better or hire more people to get a better rating. I left the establishment offended and disappointed after having had a great experience here before.

I go every weekday morning. Fast service and they learn what you like.

Great drinks and good sandwiches. Service was really good and we enjoyed our visit. Everything was very clean and taste was good. The non-dairy option was greatly appreciated. Washrooms are clean, but downstairs and small. Great place to stop.

Great local cafe in the Gravenhurst. The service has always been great, the staff friendly and the quality really good. Despite a rather dated 90s Coffee Time interior, Oliver’s is always very clean with a homy vibe. If you’re at the cottage and you get the inkling for a proper cup of joe that would rival any decent urban coffee house, Oliver’s in Gravenhurst will surely help you scratch that itch. Don’t forget to pick up a bag of their in house beans!

One of the lady’s is always really rude to me and my friends when we come in. They also don’t have a very good order system so when they forget something or one of the orders is taken by someone else they act like it’s the customers fault....... but the foods kinda good :)

Stopped here for a quick breakfast and bathroom break. Super friendly staff and their breakfast bagels were so fresh and yummy!! Plus their In house roasted coffee is very tasty! Cash or debit only!

It's good in a pinch, the service was good, but the coffee and food were mediocre. I didn't like that the sandwiches are premade and over packed in styrofoam and plastic.

Actually this is a quint little place, that has managed to look like a piece of Muskoka. My server was extremely patient with me, as I tried to make up my mind. This coffee shop prides itself in using locally roasted coffee (beat THAT Starbucks!).The coffee was easy to order and very good. The apple maplesyrup muffin was a little too soggy for me and the choices of baked goods relatively poor.Watch out : They do not accept credit cards!!! I will come back for coffee though.

The coffee is good and their bags of coffee beans are very affordable, $10-12 range. I stopped in for my first time and ordered a dark roast, it was not as bitter as coffee from the some of the other chain stores I've tried. Also had a double chocolate donut, which was delicious. Still soft and moist even though I was there in the afternoon.

Was excited to get a coffee here but sadly coffee was awful, watered down, barista had little to no coffee knowledge and was clearly over worked...and wifi did not work. Shame

My wife and I are regulars there almost every single day and we just love the renovations they just finished last week the place looks beautiful.

Their coffee has an odd taste especially if you're used to Tim Hortons. Would only stop here as a last resort.

Great place for food and coffee

Best latte I have had in a long time, and I live in a large city in which there are numerous independent cafes. Bakery goods are delicious, everything is reasonably priced and staff are totally friendly and highly efficient. The place is kept spotless, tables promptly wiped and floor swept after every departure. And great wi-fi. Totally worth it!

I rarely leave bad reviews because someone might just be having a bad day but the barista gave serious attitude although we were polite and tipped, then I realized she got my drink order wrong. I had to throw it out and get a coffee at the next stop. Maybe other people have had better experiences and the place was clean.

If I could give no stars I would but I need to get this out, I went in got breakfast and was given the worst customer service ever, the lady with short hair glasses in her 60s was giving me sassy voice and rolling her eyes at me making me feel very uncomfortable and makes me feel unwelcomed I do not recommend this place

Best coffee in townOliver's coffee as been my favorite for the past 5 years. Every summer the first thing I do on my vacation is get my fresh cup of coffee for ROM Oliver's. Staff is friendly and amazing. Free Wi-Fi for clients and great treats.

Great selection of unique coffee blends and teas. My favorite is toasted rice grain tea. Friendly comfortable ambiance, a nice change from the sameness of popular coffee chains.
